Description: Registration in TERMS is required. Don't have an account? Create one now. Visit https://terms.ncem.org/

The NC Animal Emergency Response Working Group has developed this awareness course to introduce skills and resources for responders that may be involved in animal incidents. Have you ever thought of what you would do when you respond to an incident that involves a horse trailer, an animal stuck in a pond, loose livestock obstructing traffic, or a barn fire? Would you be able to assist?

Possible groups that would benefit from this training are:
  • fire/rescue departments
  • law enforcement
  • animal control/services
  • veterinarians
  • emergency management
  • technical animal response organizations
  • animal associations
  • trained wrecker services personnel
  • etc.

Visit https://ncaerwg.org to learn more about animal emergency response and to download the manual under our documents tab. You can also see additional trainings, there.
