Fresh, Local Blueberries!

Local blueberry farms are beginning to harvest blueberries and should be available for at least four weeks depending on blueberry variety and weather. The nutritional value in blueberries is phenomenal. they are low in fat and sodium They only have 80 calories per cup, and they contain phytonutrients (which give them their blue color). They are a great source of Vitamin C and Maganese that is necessary for our health. And, they are a good source of dietary fiber.
