Please join the Master Gardener℠ Volunteers of Surry for their annual plant sale on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 9:00a.m.–1:00 PM (or until all plants are sold). The sale will be held at the N.C. Cooperative Extension, Surry County Center, and a variety of plants will be available. The Extension Master Gardener℠ Program is an educational program for horticulture. The proceeds from the sale will be used for educational programs and scholarships. The plant sale list is subject to change based on availability.Perennials, Succulents, Shrubs, Specialty Plants and Mother's Day Gifts!

Silent Auction Details:
Our silent auction offerings can be viewed at the link below, and please consider bidding to help a great cause. All proceeds will benefit horticultural programming for Surry County residents and to fund a horticultural scholarship for one Surry County resident. In order to bid, you will need to create an account. This is basically listing your name, email address, and password. After creating an account, you may login and request to join the bidding. From the homepage, click the green button to view all items. The next page will open an ad; just click close and the auction page will open from there. You may register and preview items prior to the starting day and time. The bidding fun begins on April 19, 2024 at 12:45 p.m. and continues until May 3, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Bidding may be extended for last minute bids. Winning bidders can pick up purchases on May 3, 2024 at.1:00 p.m. at the Dobson Farmer’s Market Shelter. Any items not picked up by 1:00 p.m. may be picked up from the N.C. Cooperative Extension Center - Surry Center from May 3, 2024 through May 10, 2024 during regular business hours 8:15AM- 5:00PM. Payments for purchases will be accepted in cash or checks payable to the CES Fund.
