It’s that time of the year when we start seeing pumpkins everywhere. Many of us know that pumpkins are a rich source of vitamin A. Therefore, they are very good for our eyesight and skin. Did you know that they are also a good source of vitamin C, potassium and fiber? All of these give us many health benefits.

What about pumpkin seeds? Should we just scoop them out and throw them in the trash? No. Not when we consider that pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of magnesium which is good for our heart and helps regulate blood pressure. Therefore, rinse, roast them and enjoy as a snack.
