Want to learn basic and kid-friendly ways of preserving fresh fruits and vegetables at home? Join the Junior Master Chef Program – Preserving Edition! We will discuss the process of dehydration, canning/pickling, and freezing while making fruit leathers, freezer berry jam, and easy refrigerator pickles! This is a self-paced program that provides pre-recorded videos that youth can follow along to learn all about preserving!
