The North Carolina Dairy Youth Foundation is sponsoring its 24th Annual Golf cow playing golfTournament to be held Friday, July 17, 2020, at New River Country Club in Sparta, North Carolina. This event has two purposes: (1) to generate funds to support programs and activities of North Carolina dairy youth in the state, and (2) to serve as a fun/fellowship opportunity for dairy producers and ag-business supporters of the dairy industry in North Carolina. The tournament will use a four-player captain’s choice format. Also this year, play will be from the white tees, seniors will be allowed to play from the yellow tees, and ladies will play from the red tees. Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin on par 3 ‘s, longest drive, top placing teams, and miscellaneous other drawings and giveaways.
