For the month of September, we would like to focus on the importance of physical activity. Physical activity is important for children and adults of all ages. Being active as a family and choosing activities you enjoy can benefit everyone. Adults need 2 1/2 hours of a week of physical activity, and children need 60 minutes a day. Every little bit adds up, and doing something is better than doing nothing.
